TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Introduction

Justice Financial Frameworks (“JFF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides financial education, bookkeeping services, diagnostics, cash-flow strategy, and structural planning for businesses and families. By accessing our website, purchasing a service, submitting information, or participating in consultations, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.


2. Nature of Services

JFF provides educational, organizational, and strategic guidance rooted in four disciplines:

Trust Law, Contract Principles, Equity Concepts, and Commercial Frameworks (UCC).

JFF does not:

• prepare or file federal or state tax returns

• provide legal advice or legal representation

• provide investment advice

• act as a licensed CPA firm, law firm, or tax filing service

All services are informational and administrative in nature.

You are responsible for how you choose to implement any recommendations or strategies.


3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging JFF, you acknowledge and agree to:

1. Provide accurate, timely financial information and documentation.

2. Maintain your own legal compliance with state and federal requirements.

3. Use strategies and education responsibly and within lawful boundaries.

4. Notify JFF of any material changes that may affect your plan or bookkeeping.

Failure to provide necessary documents may delay services or affect outcomes.


4. Bookkeeping & Diagnostic Services

When you purchase bookkeeping, cleanup, or diagnostic services:

• JFF will review your books, highlight discrepancies, and suggest corrective steps.

• JFF may request access to statements, receipts, or accounting software.

• Deliverables may include reports, summaries, strategic recommendations, or action plans.

JFF’s work is limited to the scope defined in your selected package.

Additional work, reconstruction, or multi-year cleanup may require a separate agreement.


5. Strategy & Framework Services

For clients purchasing structural strategy or financial ecosystem planning:

• JFF provides educational models, customized maps, and recommendations.

• Implementation remains the client’s responsibility.

• JFF does not guarantee financial outcomes, credit approvals, or third-party acceptance.

• Any private-side structures discussed (trusts, credit systems, ledgers, workflows, etc.) are educational and must be reviewed with your own legal/financial professionals before use.


6. Fees, Payments & Refunds

• All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Payment plans must be completed in full by end of the contract.

• Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued once work begins, access is granted, or materials are delivered.

Missed or late payments may result in suspension of services.


7. Confidentiality

JFF respects client privacy.

All personal and business information you provide is kept confidential and used solely for delivering the services you request.

JFF may, with your permission, access accounting software through restricted login or portal access.

We do not sell, rent, or distribute client information.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, educational material, frameworks, systems, worksheets, videos, templates, and strategies provided by JFF remain the intellectual property of Justice Financial Frameworks.

Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials only for their own business or family.

Materials may not be copied, shared, resold, or repurposed outside this license.


9. No Guarantees

Financial outcomes depend on implementation, market conditions, personal compliance, bookkeeping discipline, and factors outside our control.

JFF does not guarantee:

• revenue increases

• credit approvals

• business growth

• tax outcomes

• success of any strategy

All results vary by individual.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• JFF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• JFF is not responsible for losses resulting from client decisions, implementation, omissions, or third-party actions.

• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Clients agree to hold JFF harmless from claims arising from misuse of educational or strategic materials.


11. Client Portal & Access

Clients may receive access to digital portals, reports, courses, or uploaded documents.

• Access may be revoked for non-payment or misuse.

• Portal features may change over time.

• Materials provided inside portals remain private and protected by copyright.


12. Termination

JFF may terminate services at any time for:

• non-payment

• misuse of materials

• abusive or inappropriate communication

• illegal activity

• violation of these Terms

Clients remain responsible for all fees due up to termination.


13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith communication with JFF.

If unresolved, disputes will proceed through binding arbitration in the state where JFF is registered.

No class-action claims may be brought.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Justice Financial Frameworks operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.


15. Updates to Terms

JFF may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
